SKIN1004 Centella Toning Toner
This is the toner we nearly filed as one we already sell. The Shelf carries the SKIN1004 Tone Brightening Boosting Toner, which is a different bottle doing a different job. The acid here is gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid, and it is the mildest of the common exfoliating acids because the molecule is bulky and works slowly rather than all at once. Centella asiatica extract sits second in the list, straight after water, at a stated 25,715 ppm, which is a real quantity rather than a garnish.
- Gluconolactone rather than glycolic, so it exfoliates without the sting
- Centella is the second ingredient, not the twentieth
- Fifteen ingredients in total and not one of them a fragrance
- Texture
- Thin and watery with no slip, the kind you can use twice over on a cotton pad
- Key ingredients
- Centella asiatica · Niacinamide · Gluconolactone · Hyaluronic acid
- Fragrance
- No fragrance or parfum in the ingredient list
The gentle acid toner, and not the SKIN1004 toner we already sell.
