This one is unusual in what it uses: aluminium chlorohydrate, the same salt that does the work in an antiperspirant, sitting in a toner alongside rice extract, ceramide NP and sodium hyaluronate. So it handles shine by a different mechanism than stripping, and the hydrating half of the formula is still there underneath.
