Our verdict on the Olaplex No.7 Bonding Oil
Read the list before you believe the name. Dimethicone is first and two more silicones follow, so most of what you see immediately is surface shine. The bond ingredient is real but it is far down a mostly silicone formula. Fragranced, with five declared allergens.
