Eye Contact: Liner, Shadow and Lashes, From an $11 Pencil to Tom Ford

The eye is where makeup spends the most and understands the least. A pencil, a shadow, a liner and a lash are four different jobs, and most bags hold the wrong one of each. This page lays the four out and gives two answers to each: the Korean aisle's, which is almost always under twenty dollars and designed for a humid day and an undone finish, and the house version, which costs five times as much and sometimes earns it.

Eleven products.
