Pocket Money: Makeup Under $25 That Clears the Bar

Every product here was chosen for another page first. The blush is on the Makeup Bag Edit because it is the blush we would pack, the mascara is in Lash Lab because it tubes, the liner is on the Morning After because it smudges the right way. None of them were picked for being cheap. This page just admits what they cost, and the answer, line by line, is twenty five dollars or less.
